Forest Sector Operator Compliance Outreach 2025
The 2025 EU-funded Forest Sector Operator Compliance Outreach continued today, March 20, at Parika—facilitated by the FLEGT Secretariat and supported by EPA – Guyana, National Insurance Scheme – Guyana, and Ministry of Labour Guyana. The GFC and agencies shared compliance requirements that Forest Sector Operators must follow to operate on the local and EU markets as Guyana moves towards licencing under the FLEGT VPA in 2026. The FLEGT Secretariat will continue stakeholder outreach efforts in various locations throughout 2025.
