Annex I lists the timber products that require a FLEGT Licence to be exported from Guyana to the EU. As the VPA progresses, more products may be included.
HS Codes refers to the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System established by the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the World Customs Union.

|4404||Hoopwood; split poles; piles, pickets and stakes of wood, pointed but not sawn lengthwise; wooden sticks, roughly trimmed but not turned, bent or otherwise worked, suitable for the manufacture of walking-sticks, umbrellas, tool handles or the like; chipwood and the like|

- Leases (Agricultural)
- Mining Licences/Permits
- Infrastructure (roads, hydros, etc.)
