Day 2 of the Fourth JMRC Technical Committee Meeting. Today’s session centered on updates regarding ongoing and upcoming forest support programs. Representatives from key support agencies, including the AFD – Agence Française de Développement, OCA Global, DAI Global, and IICA Guyana – provided insights into their initiatives. Participants also received progress reports on two critical developments: establishing the baseline for the VPA Impact Monitoring Framework (IMF) and the digital Wood Tracking System (DTS). These discussions contribute to strengthening forest governance and sustainable resource management in Guyana.
